If you’re considering the sale of a property and have the means to do so, it is generally advisable to hold off on listing until the threat of COVID-19 passes and the economy returns to some degree of normalcy. If your situation dictates that you must sell in the immediate, it is all the more important that you list it with an agent/agency that knows how to facilitate the transaction remotely (or with as little human contact as possible) and knows how to aggressively and effectively market your property beyond placing it on the MLS listing and installing a sign in the yard. Finally,

Though it may be over a span of months rather than weeks, the economy and life will eventually return to some degree of normalcy. In the meanwhile, be encouraged; do what you can, to the extent that you can to be an agent (no pun intended) of relief. Be patient with your quarantine-mates, be diligent in your hand-washing and social distancing, and do good unto each other (from a safe distance.)
