Congratulations on your decision to sell your home! We created this portal to streamline and simplify the listing process. It is NOT a substitute for a conversation with your listing agent. We work to ensure that all our clients fully understand the home selling process and the documents related thereto. DO NOT HESITATE to call (919) 741-3667 with any questions, concerns or clarifications related to anything below. Once received, we will contact you before finalizing your documents and listing your home for sale.
We look forward to working with you!
Begin the process by providing your name as it appears on the deed to your property, and the best phone number and email by which to reach you.
Step 1
Read through and familiarize yourself with these documents, which detail your rights as a client and our obligations as Realtors.*
Step 2
Read through and complete the listing agreement, which gives JG&A Real Estate Advisors your permission to market your property and represent you in the sale of your home.**
Step 3
Complete the required property disclosures as appropriate. These may be related to Homeowner’s Associations, Lead-Based Paint, or other matters.***
* “Working with Real Estate Agents” is a document created jointly by the NCAR and NC Bar Association in order to inform clients of real estate agents about their rights and obligations created by formal agency relationships.
**Be sure to read through and familiarize yourself with the contract and its terms, as it is a legally binding document once signed by both you and a representative of JG&A Real Estate Advisors/United Real Estate Triangle. Do not hesitate to call (919) 741-3667 with any questions, concerns, or for clarification of terms, conditions, or any other aspect herein.
***These disclosures may relate to lead-based paint and other lead-related hazards, foreclosure status, short-sale status, disclosure of material facts, such as structural or health-related hazards, HOA terms and conditions, and many other relevant conditions. We will contact you prior to finalizing your listing agreements to ensure that all required disclosures, forms, and other documents are sufficiently completed and in order.
